The position involves auditing and balancing cash drawers daily, updating member information, ensuring members adhere to company policies, and providing a safe and secure environment. Excellent communication and member service skills are essential, as is stocking retail and janitorial items. The role requires understanding and adhering to company standards, resolving member issues, auditing club inventory, and staying up-to-date on certifications and training. Team meetings are mandatory, and participation in promoting and touring the club with potential members is expected. The Member Services Rep will also assist with membership promotions, operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Additionally, this role involves operating and assisting members with various equipment and amenities, and representing the company at community events.
