The Member Services Rep Front Desk is responsible for performing duties to the best of their abilities during their assigned work shift, maintaining club cleanliness and atmosphere, and staying proficient in the Planet Fitness mobile app. This role ensures all proper training is completed for safe and efficient operation, conducts regular audits to maintain club presentation according to Excel standards, and performs club walkarounds with associated cleaning tasks. The position involves auditing and balancing cash drawers daily, updating member information, ensuring members adhere to company policies, and providing a safe and secure environment. Excellent communication and member service skills are essential, as is stocking retail and janitorial items. The role requires understanding and adhering to company standards, resolving member issues, auditing club inventory, and staying up-to-date on certifications and training. Participation in team meetings and assisting with club promotions, tours, and operational strategies are also key responsibilities. The Member Services Rep ensures compliance with state and federal laws and insurance requirements, operates and assists members with various equipment and amenities, and may represent the company at community events.
