Works well under the direct supervision of the Wellness Engagement Manager as assigned. Projects a friendly and positive attitude in a professional manner with all members and guests, in person and on the phone. Holds themselves and others accountable for delivering the best service possible by cross checking and keeping up to date with all vital information on programs and activities within the center. Handles all incoming telephone calls and transfers to the appropriate person, takes messages as needed. Responsible for membership information and provides/collects membership paperwork. Handles registration of all programs (massage, swim lessons, summer/winter camp, tennis, group exercise, etc.) Greets and checks in all members and guests as they enter and exit the facility and verifies memberships. Maintains knowledge of all programs and special event offerings at the wellness center to provide accurate information on classes and programs. Balances the cash drawer at the end of each shift and completes relevant documentation.
