About The Position
Crystal Springs Resort is hiring for Member Services Attendants! Member Services Attendants are the welcoming face of our sports club. Ideally we are looking for someone with a friendly and professional demeanor with prior customer service experience.
Requirements
- Must have weekday and weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Checking members in and out of the sports club facilities.
- Answering member questions and concerns.
- Issuing Pool wristbands.
- Monitoring traffic into Sports Club & Elements Spa to control misuse of the facilities.
