The Member Services Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Wellness Engagement Manager. This role requires a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with all members and guests, both in person and over the phone. The assistant is responsible for ensuring the best possible service by staying informed about all programs and activities within the center, and holding themselves and others accountable for delivering excellent service.
