About The Position
The Bethlehem YMCA is seeking two Member Service Representatives to join their team. This part-time position offers weekend shifts and provides employees with early wage access, allowing them to access a portion of their earned wages on demand. The role involves interacting with diverse community members and requires excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
