About The Position
The Bethlehem YMCA is seeking two Member Service Representatives to join their team. This part-time position offers flexibility with early wage access and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting members.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous work experience in customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (must be completed within 30 days of hire).
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (must be completed within 90 days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to YMCA members.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support sales and membership activities.
- Maintain basic computer knowledge for daily tasks.
- Utilize organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relate to diverse groups within the community.
