About The Position
The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales support, and maintaining basic computer knowledge. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to connect with diverse community groups. Additionally, the representative must complete required certifications and trainings within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous work experience in customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to relate to diverse groups in the community.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire).
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire).
Nice To Haves
- Babysitting Certification is preferred for the Childwatch Babysitter role.
Responsibilities
