About The Position

As a Member Service Representative, you are part of the operations team and help demonstrate Argent Credit Union’s commitment to exceptional customer service, members’ financial well-being, and the community. The role focuses on developing and enhancing member relationships, from opening accounts to sharing the credit union’s services. You maximize the member experience by accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Professionalism and trustworthiness.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while interacting with members and processing transactions.
Active listening skills.
Ability to set priorities and multitask.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven record of providing internal and external customer service.
Expertise in MS Office.

Nice To Haves

Banking or financial background preferred.
Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
One year of experience as a credit union or bank teller preferred.
