About The Position

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals to join its service center. The Member Representative provides telephone service for deposit and loan account inquiries, helps members select products and services suited to their needs, and builds trusted relationships while acting in members’ best interests. The role includes a dedicated career development plan to build knowledge and skills for providing full-service member experiences. Representatives educate members about DCCU products and services and carry out requests involving transactions and electronic channels.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills, including professional and effective telephone skills that meet quality standards when serving internal and external members.
High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work effectively on a team and contribute to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment.
Flexibility, initiative, and strong regard for confidential and sensitive information.
Desire to develop and grow in a career.

Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional telephone service for inquiries about deposit and loan accounts.
Match products and services to each member’s needs.
Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, acting in members’ best interests.
Inform, educate, and advise members about DCCU products and services that support their financial health and well-being.
Execute member requests, including transfers, withdrawals, payments, debit and credit card inquiries, direct deposit transactions, and stop payments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electronic channels.
