Our work results in members who champion Mountain America. This role is located at the Magna Branch and is a part-time position with varying hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays. Flexibility is needed as the position requires 20-25 hours per week based on branch needs. The role involves providing exceptional member service, assessing member needs, advising on financial products and services, and assisting with transactions such as opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and explaining products. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining a cash drawer, processing various financial transactions, assisting with branch operations, and ensuring branch security. Other responsibilities include representing the credit union professionally, maintaining a neat work area, responding to communications promptly, and completing product knowledge courses. Travel may be required, and compliance with all regulations is mandatory.
