The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible responding to customer service-related questions via inbound calls, texts, or email and manage the welcome call process for new customers.

Requirements

  • Active listening skills
  • Understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior experience in a related field
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Assist our collections team in maintaining past due accounts
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers
  • Be a subject matter expert in all things customer service related!
