Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English)
About The Position

This position is for a CSR role, but there may be future opportunities to become a licensed insurance agent as positions become available. In the future, you may also have the opportunity to open your own agency. Work alongside a fun and committed team, supporting day-to-day office operations. Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and computer skills.
- Passion for sales and helping others, with a team-player mindset.
- Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and guide them through their insurance journey.
- Process payments, update records, and handle inquiries with efficiency.
- Help clients explore additional products to meet their needs.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
