About The Position

Join Kohler Credit Union as a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Saukville Branch. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, sales, or relationship building who are looking to grow their career in financial services. As a Teller / Member Service Representative, you will process everyday financial transactions, answer member questions, build relationships, and connect members with solutions to achieve their financial goals. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and confidence using technology.
• Ability to learn quickly, work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, cash handling, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping others and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and additional credit union solutions.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns while maintaining confidentiality and following credit union policies and procedures.
• Support branch goals by creating an exceptional member experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
