About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative to join their team at the Grafton Branch. This role involves working directly with members to facilitate everyday banking, process transactions, answer questions, and help members find suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals. The position offers training and support for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, cash handling, sales, or relationship building, even if they lack prior banking experience. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping others and building relationships.
Basic math skills and confidence using technology.
Ability to learn quickly, work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, cash handling, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional support to members in person, over the phone, and through email.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account maintenance, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash while maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
Educate members on digital banking tools and additional credit union solutions.
Resolve member questions while maintaining confidentiality and following credit union policies and procedures.
Support branch goals by providing an outstanding member experience and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
