Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at our West Bend Meijer Branch! Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and cash
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and confidently handle financial transactions in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is preferred
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals
• Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer
• Follow security procedures and operational policies
• Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience
