In this part-time position, you will provide friendly, accurate, and professional service while assisting members with everyday financial transactions and account needs. Requirements

• Customer service, cash handling, retail, or financial experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable using computers and financial systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist members with account questions and credit union services
• Support members with online banking and account access needs
• Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching discrepancies
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members
• Maintain accurate records while following all credit union policies and procedures
• Support branch operations through administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry
