About The Position

As a Contact Center Representative, you are responsible for providing Excellent Service to new and existing Members that call in to our Contact Center. Your ability to help the member solve issues and identify solutions that meet their needs is crucial to your success. This role is primarily answering inbound phone calls and providing our members excellent service while referring products and services based on their needs.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in sales/customer service environment.
  • 1 year experience answering phones in a fast-paced environment preferably in financial industry.
  • 1 year experience working with Checking accounts, loans, Credit cards along with other products and services a financial institution may offer.
  • Excellent communication and Member service advisory skills.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent customer service/sales experience within a contact center preferred.
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not required
