About The Position

Bousquet Sport is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. The role helps create a welcoming, professional, and organized club environment. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with days, nights, and/or weekends required. The hourly pay range is $16.00–$20.00.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
Assist members with scheduling, registrations, and general questions.
Create a welcoming and positive environment.
Build relationships with members and recognize regulars.
Provide accurate information about programming, memberships, and club offerings.
Answer basic billing and membership questions.
Assist with purchases, registrations, and account updates.
Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on Duty.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and shared spaces.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks, including towels, trash, and general upkeep.
Reset studios, courts, locker rooms, and common areas.
Monitor supply levels and communicate needs to leadership.
Promptly report maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
