About The Position
Northland Area FCU is seeking a full-time Member Relationship Representative at its West Branch I location. The representative serves as the face of the credit union, delivering outstanding member service and handling daily financial transactions accurately. The role includes meeting member education and service goals and promoting products that support members’ financial needs. It is a fast-paced, people-focused position with paid training, incentive pay, annual bonuses, advancement opportunities, and an benefits package.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience is preferred.
