About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a remote specialist to help clients explore life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. The role involves working from home, conducting virtual appointments, and helping individuals and families make informed coverage decisions. The company provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. No prior insurance experience is required.
Requirements

- Comfortable using computers and virtual communication platforms
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Ability to perform independently and within a team environment
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
- Schedule and lead virtual consultations
- Identify client needs through thoughtful, needs-based conversations
- Explain insurance coverage options clearly
- Assist clients in understanding benefits and next steps
- Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
- Keep accurate communication and appointment records
- Participate in regular coaching and team development
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
