About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and educate them about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. This fully remote, independent contractor opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable people who want to build communication, sales, and leadership skills. The company provides warm leads, structured training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing licensed insurance activities and pay for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Terms, fees, compensation, and licensing requirements may vary by state.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- A client-centered and people-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Initiative and effective problem-solving ability.
- Confidence learning computer functions and remote platforms.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.
Responsibilities
