•$100,100 - $118,300

About The Position

Filed is hiring a Member of Accounting Staff to help accounting firms adopt and succeed with its AI tax preparation product. The role owns the transition from a firm signing up to using Filed successfully, including technical demonstrations, group onboarding, customer training, and ongoing relationships during the eight weeks that determine whether firms succeed. The position also translates customer feedback into product improvements and helps ensure the product’s tax outputs meet professional review standards. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability customer-facing role. The employee works with 5 to 10 firms at a time, often through a demanding December–January period, and collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and customer support. Filed describes its culture as high-performance, customer-focused, collaborative, and oriented toward ownership, momentum, and resolving problems promptly. The role is assessed at Level 3. The listed annual salary and equity packages are $100,100 plus $130,027 in equity, $109,200 plus $86,684 in equity, or $118,300 plus $43,342 in equity. Offers depend on location and the level assigned. Performance reviews occur every four months, and meeting goals may result in equity doubling by the end of the first year.
