About The Position

Northern Credit Union is seeking a full-time, Temporary Member Experience Supervisor for an 18-month contract in their Espanola market. This role involves day-to-day observation and assistance of front-line staff, vault responsibilities, and backup for the branch. The position also performs account maintenance activities and assists members with inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• College diploma (E.G.: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
• A minimum of four years’ related financial services experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Commitment to continuous learning within the scope of the duties to keep pace with changes relative to the job function.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day observation and assistance of front-line staff
• Vault responsibilities
• Backup for the branch
• Performs a variety of account maintenance activities
• Assists membership with any questions or problems that arises
