Travis Credit Union’s (TCU) Member Experience Strategist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of member experience strategies at the credit union. This role focuses on mapping member journeys, conducting research, analyzing feedback, and delivering actionable insights that inform product, service, and operational improvements. By applying analytical rigor and collaborating across departments, the Member Experience Strategist ensures the voice of the member is embedded into decision-making processes. This role contributes to continuous improvement efforts, supports innovative solutioning and tracking of measurable impact on member satisfaction, retention, and digital engagement.
