About The Position

Maine State Credit Union is growing — and we’d love for you to grow with us! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service‑minded professional to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist – Float, based in Augusta, Maine. In this full‑time, onsite role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support our five (and expanding!) branch locations, playing a key part in delivering exceptional member experiences wherever you go. As our branch network continues to expand, this position offers exciting potential for future development, increased exposure, and career advancement within the organization. Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience (retail or financial service preferred)
• A passion for people, strong communication skills, and a knack for solving problems
• Tech-savviness and comfort working with banking software, MS Office, and calculators
• The flexibility to travel to different branches as needed (Augusta, Waterville, Rockland, Belfast, and Gray)

Responsibilities

• Travel between branches to provide frontline coverage where needed, ensuring our members always receive top-tier service.
• Assist members with everyday financial transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to loan applications and online banking tools.
• Engage with members to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and share the benefits of our products and services – including financial education tools.
• Help members troubleshoot issues and support teammates by offering guidance and technical know-how on all our services.
• Keep up to date with products, policies, and services so you can serve with accuracy and confidence every day.
