The Member Experience Specialist manages and supports individual members and volunteers within an assigned region to help facilitate the Girl Scout experience and to meet the Council’s strategic objectives and membership goals. At all times, she/he must portray a positive image that is representative of council policies and procedures and promote customer service to internal/external stakeholders. The position involves remote work and local travel, with some evening and weekend work hours to meet organizational membership goals and objectives. The role requires collaborating with council staff across departments and local volunteers to effectively deliver the Girl Scout program experience to youth members, with significant community-organizing and support accountabilities.
