About The Position

Benton REA is seeking a temporary Member Experience Representative to provide courteous service to members and the public in a collaborative team environment. The role includes balancing daily cash receipts and supporting billing processing and procedures. The position is expected to last up to four months and will primarily report to the headquarters in West Richland, Washington, with occasional reporting to the Prosser office. The work schedule is four 10-hour days, with every Friday off. Temporary positions are not eligible for Association benefits and have no guarantee of length of service or hours. The selection process may include writing samples, an interview, skills testing through Willo, and an in-person interview. The final candidate will be subject to a comprehensive background process, including a criminal background check, driving history review, and drug screen.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
Two years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in general office tasks and computer peripherals.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with excellent grammar and professionalism.
Ability to prioritize exceptional service and contribute to a positive customer journey.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
