About The Position

The Member Experience Manager is an in-person hospitality role based on site five days a week. The manager oversees their own location, supporting members, coordinating communications and operational details, and ensuring a smooth workplace experience. They represent Industrious in the local market, build connections with the broader business community, identify potential members, and use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend solutions. They also create community programming and events and help with hands-on hospitality, food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Boca Raton, Florida.

Requirements

Live within an easy commute of Boca Raton, Florida.
Perform repetitive tasks involving frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
Be capable of operating machines and appliances as needed, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, and snack carts, and using knives and kitchen utensils.
Participate in food preparation and cleaning while complying with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols.
