The Member Engagement & Capacity Building Manager plays a critical role in PIF’s core strategic approach to build power and capacity to advance policy and systemic changes at the local, state and national levels, ensuring immigrants have equitable access to quality health care, nutrition, housing, public services and economic supports. The manager is responsible for building and strengthening the coalition’s membership base, supporting member organizations, implementing strategies that advance capacity- and power-building with member organizations, and tracking member engagement. This role serves as a key connector between coalition leadership, member organizations, and community leaders, ensuring strong engagement, coordinated capacity development and meaningful participation from impacted communities. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, skilled organizer, and strategic power-building trainer who is passionate about immigrant rights, health equity, and economic justice.
