About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Member Benefits Consultants to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will provide education and support around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. We provide the tools, leads, training, and coaching. You bring the communication skills, initiative, and commitment to helping clients.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused and people-oriented attitude
Reliable organization and follow-up skills
Ability to listen carefully and solve problems
Comfortable navigating computer tools
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
