About The Position

AO Globe Life is looking for a Work-From-Home Member Services Associate to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work virtually with clients, identify their needs, and provide helpful education around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. This remote position offers a supportive environment with warm leads, training, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable with computer systems and virtual meeting tools
Self-motivated and coachable
Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
