About The Position

The Member Ambassador assists with front-of-house fitness studio operations and is responsible for meeting and exceeding key sales performance indicators. These include package offerings, memberships and renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic. The role calls for a passion for fitness, strong customer service skills, and basic sales experience. The Member Ambassador supports a welcoming, organized studio environment, assists members and prospective clients, processes transactions, and works closely with the Fitness Team to ensure studio processes are completed. The role may also include other duties assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Previous sales experience and strong sales skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems.
Functional computer skills, including basic MS Office programs (Word and Excel), internet use, and basic computer software use.
Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed.
Passion for continuous learning and a strong desire for career growth.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership goals.
Establish and maintain an effective referral program.
Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls.
Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the studio.
Maintain an organized and clean lobby and front desk area.
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Deliver timely follow-up and follow-through activities with prospective clients.
Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns with a sense of urgency.
Troubleshoot and successfully solve technical issues.
Conduct proper onboarding of OTF clients using Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements.
Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.
Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and passion for OTF as a business.
Model and support OTF values and culture.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
