About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is hiring a full-time Member Advisor I at its Mason Branch. The role helps members navigate financial decisions, celebrate milestones, and find solutions that support their goals. Each interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

The position is scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay is $17.00–$18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong member service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience.
• Lending, account opening, and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals.
• Educate members about fraud prevention and account security.
• Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes.
