About The Position

Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is hiring a full-time Mason to visit customers' homes and assess, troubleshoot, repair, and perform masonry work on remodel window and door projects. The role combines technical craftsmanship with clear, respectful communication with customers. The Mason will work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional experience in every customer's home.

Requirements

• Five years of proven work history as a Mason.
• Skilled craftsmanship in brick, stone, stucco, and EIFS.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Match brick, stone, or stucco on remodel window and door projects.
• Meet with homeowners as needed to provide customer service.
• Source matching materials at local brick yards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer's home.
