About The Position

The Meeting Registrar/Administrative Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support, including logistical support for meetings and conferences. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendance and minutes
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editing and finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
  • Experience in document routing, coordination, tracking and retaining/filing
  • Ability to manage time and events effectively

  • Experience in providing logistical support
