About The Position

This Project Manager (Meeting Planner) role involves leading pharmaceutical meetings and events from early planning through on-site execution and final wrap-up. The position requires managing multiple meetings and events simultaneously while maintaining organization, calmness, and a focus on deadlines. It involves building strong relationships with clients, coworkers, venues, and service providers, leading projects from kickoff to close-out, and solving problems quickly and confidently. Clear and professional communication is essential for giving direction, sharing updates, and making recommendations. This is a work-from-home position for individuals located in the US, operating primarily in the Eastern time zone. Travel requirements for this role are between 25% to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of experience in meeting planning or meetings management within the pharmaceutical meetings industry.
  • Experience supporting both small- and large-scale meeting formats
  • Confidence working independently while also being a collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and HTML
