W Barcelona, a hotel designed by Ricardo Bofill with 473 rooms and suites and five exclusive venues, is seeking Meeting Insiders. These multilingual specialists ensure flawless event execution and provide 24/7 service to guests. The role involves working closely with other departments to deliver high-quality service and offers an opportunity to experience the service culture at W Hotels.

Requirements

• Current student with the possibility of having an internship agreement contract with your school
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Spanish
• Team player
• Problem solver

Responsibilities

• Main contact for Meeting Planners when events are taking place in the hotel
• Assist Group coordinator and Banqueting director
• Take care of the Wired (Business Centre) area
• Check conference area cleanliness, banqueting services set-ups and events schedules together with Event Organizers/Meeting Planners
• Collect events participants and meeting planner
