Requirements
- Must be a current college or university student
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Assist Convention Services Managers in daily operations
- Coordinate Internal Meetings of the hotel
- Daily distribution of BEOs
- Getting necessary paperwork ready for department meetings
- Preparation of listing of daily events of the hotel
- Coordinate with Quality department and Marketing Department for internal meetings
