This role involves servicing mammography imaging systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of both fixed and rotating gantry assemblies. The engineer will diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical gantry components, perform system-level fault isolation, and conduct mechanical alignment, motion verification, and system calibration. Responsibilities also include supporting system installations, upgrades, and ensuring system performance after repairs or modifications. Accurate documentation of all service activities and compliance with relevant regulations (MQSA, FDA, radiation safety) are critical. The position requires regional travel to clinical sites and a minimum of 20 hours per week.
