About The Position
Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of medication safety, quality and performance Improvement programs (PI) and the entity level. Actively participates in the BHSF Medication Safety and Quality Committee and corresponding initiatives.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Florida Board of Pharmacy License (or eligible).
- Minimum 3 Years of experience.
- Experience and/or formalize training in medication safety and quality/performance improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Residency training highly desirable.
