About The Position

Aegis Living is seeking a Medication Care Manager to support senior residents. The role involves dispensing and documenting medications, assisting with residents’ physical care and daily activities, communicating changes in residents’ conditions, and building positive relationships with residents and families. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday on the PM shift.

Requirements

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Ability to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.

Responsibilities
