About The Position

Aegis Living Lake Union is hiring a Medication Care Manager to care for senior residents in an assisted living setting. The role includes dispensing medications, maintaining medication records, helping residents with physical care, meals, and activities, and communicating changes in residents’ conditions. Requirements

• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
• Have knowledge of, or ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Be skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Be able to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Be able to successfully complete the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Have knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
