About The Position

Aegis Living is hiring a Medication Care Manager to care for senior residents in an assisted living setting. The role includes dispensing medications, maintaining medication records, assisting with residents’ physical care, meals, and activities, and communicating changes in residents’ conditions. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with flexible days.

Requirements

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Skill in building relationships with residents.
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Ability to successfully complete the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
