About The Position

Aegis Living is hiring a Medication Care Manager to support senior residents in an assisted living setting. The role is suited to a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation. The manager assists residents with medications and physical care, communicates changes in residents’ conditions, and helps support residents’ meals and activities. The stated schedule is full-time, Tuesday and Friday through Sunday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
• Have knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Be skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Be able to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Be able to successfully complete the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Have knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
