About The Position

Aegis Living is hiring a full-time Medication Care Manager to care for senior residents. The role is scheduled Tuesday and Friday through Sunday on the NOC shift, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The position involves assisting residents with medication and physical care, supporting meals and activities, monitoring and communicating changes in residents’ conditions, and maintaining medication records. Candidates should be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation. The stated pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
• Have knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Be skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Be able to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Successfully complete the Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Have knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Be at least 18 years old.
