About The Position

Aegis Living is hiring a Medication Care Manager to support senior residents in an assisted living setting. The role involves dispensing medications, documenting medication administration, communicating changes in residents’ conditions, and assisting with physical care, meals, and activities. The position is full-time, scheduled Tuesday and Friday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Applicants should be licensed CNAs or HCAs with Nursing Delegation.

Requirements

• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) with Nursing Delegation.
• Have knowledge of, or the ability to learn, the theory and practice of assisted living and Alzheimer’s care.
• Be skilled at building relationships with residents.
• Be able to maintain resident confidentiality.
• Be able to successfully complete Aegis Medication Training Certification program.
• Have knowledge of and ability to assist residents with medications.
• Meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on a TB screen.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
