About The Position
The Independence Houses in Lincoln is seeking a dependable 40-hour Medication Aide with a strong desire to lead by example and a passion for working with the memory care community. The role includes assisting with CNA cares and providing hands-on support to residents. The communities emphasize teamwork, accommodate student schedules, and promote staff from within. This is a full-time overnight position from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, with an additional shift differential.
