About The Position

Medication Aide – Full-Time CountryHouse Residence | Dickinson, ND $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Make a difference every shift while building meaningful connections with residents. At CountryHouse Residence , an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Aides play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We’re looking for a Full-Time Medication Aide who brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.

Requirements

Current certification that meets North Dakota requirements.
Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using systems for medication tracking and documentation.
Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
Document medication administration and maintain required records.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly to nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing dignity and compassionate care.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel at home.
