About The Position
CountryHouse Lincoln II, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and medication support to our residents. Requirements
- Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
- Dependability and the ability to work full-time overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight shift.
